Stop Scrolling LinkedIn Right Now If You’re an Entrepreneur With Bad Credit.

I was on Instagram the other day...

and saw a Gary Vaynerchuk post:

It took me 5 years to make a profit as an online entrepreneur.

(2010-2015)

and that was purely due to...

#bad credit and...

poor #cashflow #management skills.

One thing I’ve learned about is accounting.

I’ve heard many motivational speakers downplay #college and how impractical it is.

Meaning…

  1. You learn about marketing…
  2. will get a degree in marketing…
  3. yet not know how to market and
  4. create sales in a small business.

College has strengthened my ability to follow through and follow up.

That is where I was leaving money on the table within my business.

Even back to the days of working at #Equinox…

My follow up skills then were good…

But what i’ve learned about professional follow up and follow through is dramatically different.

Point is…

Many things in life take repeated effort…

Ignorant of the outcome…

And as in the marine corps…
It has to be a standard operating procedure.

Nothing special.
It’s apart of the job.

And doing what needs to be done…
Over doing what you feel like doing…
Often is what separates people with good credit and bad credit.

Those moments of emotional consumerism when you make a bad purchase. Or you feed a shopping addiction.

All this while still considering yourself an entrepreneur.

  • Yet you have no capital or resources...
  • To make investments and buy property or assets for pennies on the dollar…
  • When the market collapses.

And I’ve also learned in college…

THE MARKET IS DESIGNED TO CRASH!

It’s apart of how the game of monopoly is played.

And it’s how a capitalist society and economy thrives.

It’s the baseline for entrepreneurship.
And if you’re an entrepreneur…
Your mouth salivates when people talk about the market is taking a turn.

You’ve prepared for it financially.

You’ve understood the sacrifice now…

To feast and build wealth later…

When the market is most ideal.

(shh. most are scared.)

I'm not.
