How to Control Your Mind and Emotions as an Entrepreneur

The quality of your life is related to the quality of your communication…Tony Robbins

Tony Robbins covers how to master the art of commnications.

My notes on the above Tony Robbins seminar, starts first with how you communicate with yourself. How are you making yourself feel based on the thoughts you have.

“Nothing in life has any meaning except for the meaning that I give it.” Tony Robbins

You’re the one who puts meaning on your experiences and emotions.

“The label we put on our experiences become our experience.”

Pain starts with a feeling of loss.

Any communication where you get a response from someone, that response is either a loving response or a cry for help.

Expectations in your head.

Quality of life is the quality of your communication. First with yourself. Nothing has meaning except the meaning you give it. And the meaning you give it is going to determine how you feel.  How you feel is going to determine what you do.  And what you do is going to shape your destiny.

Its not the event , its what you do with it that determines your quality of life. Its what you do with the event in your head.

The meaning you assign or associate to something, determines how you feel and what you do throughout your life.

Are you talking to yourself in a way that is empowering or disempowering?

The key is to choose empowering meanings versus disempowering  meanings.

Whatever you look for you will find.
Whatever you look for your going to get.

The world moves for those who never give up.
The world moves for those who persist for ever and change their approach.
The world moves for someone who has faith.
The world moves for someone who has trust and acts on that trust.

"It is the way we react to circumstances that determines our feelings." Dale Carnegie

The state we are in at any moment, powerfully impacts the meaning we associate to something.
