They never rely on excuses of lack of sleep, needing a few extra hours, kids, schedule, travel, nothing comes in the way of them getting their exercise.
The importance of doing something for yourself makes a more confident, focused, business professional. You'll have more energy to keep up with life's demanding schedule.
